Have you noticed the new PokerPro texas hold'em poker tables? The first time I saw the PokerPro tables was about three weeks back when I took a quick holiday with my mom to the WinStar Casino in Oklahoma.

As I anxiously waited for my turn to be summoned at the live tables, I noticed how the other persons around the PokerPro tables interface with each other. It was very fascinating to say the very least. Since the poker table was controlled by a computer, there had been no clay poker chips to do any chip tricks, no cards to shuffle and the real live encounter was stagnant. Perhaps I was the only one that noticed this, except I did observe the gamblers at the table had a dull high quality to them. The cause of this may well be since there was no human interaction with the croupier, the ambiance was relatively boring and the gamblers looked bored to tears. It was nearly as if I was viewing a live version of a web based texas hold'em poker room rather than sitting with warm bodied humans. It was a tiny bit spooky and I kept flashing back to a show of The Next Generation and the holodeck broke down.

Since the waiting time for the are living tables for more than an hour, I made a decision to observe how the game action was and to understanding this new texas hold'em poker gaming technologies. Soon after wagering a couple of hands, I definitely felt like I was playing at residence. The lack of activity at the table was the main reason. I prefer to shuffle my chips, stack my chips, and mix my cards around. None of those things are feasible at these computer tables.

One more thing I noticed was how the computer dealt the flop, turn and river cards. I played a lot of hands at the PokerPro table and discovered that the play was a great deal like a web based hold em poker site. That could have been just a coincidence, except I found it to be incredibly odd.

Soon after playing a few rounds with this "new texas hold em poker technology", I made a decision that the PokerPro tables had been not for me. I'm much better off wagering hold em poker online at house and not travel the distance. If WinStar Casino have been to acquire rid of the are living poker tables, I think they'd loose a whole lot of players.
