Following the last player makes his move, the new dealer (the player while using dealer button - in this case the tiny blind gambler since Texas hold'em follows the clockwise movement) will now deal the 1st 3 cards face up. This stage in Holdem is referred to as the flop. The second betting circular begins and still at two dollars.

When the flop is completed, the croupier turns up a fourth card referred to as the turn. Right after the Texas hold'em betting rules, the bet is now at four dollars. Immediately after the 4th circular, the dealer will turn the 5th and final community card face up. This card is referred to as the Texas hold em river.

Immediately after the river is completed, the gamblers will now have sufficient cards to start forming their Holdem hand. The player together with the best Hold em hand wins the pot.
